Children & Teens

I work with children as young as 3 who may express their struggles through tantrums, clinginess, defiance, or sensory overwhelm. Using play-based, creative therapy, I help young kids safely express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen their connection with caregivers.

Teens often carry their pain more quietly through withdrawal, anxiety, irritability, or pressure to perform. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for teens to process identity, school stress, family dynamics, and peer relationships, while building confidence and emotional awareness.
